Toronto passes "Community Right to Know" bylaw!

Toronto City Council has voted in favour of the Community Right to Know bylaw. With overwhelming support, a vote of 33-3, the City of Toronto has passed an historic (the first in Canada) bylaw that will require businesses to report the use and release of toxic chemicals and make this information publicly available.
